There is an HVAC switch in the laundry room near the garage that if turned off does not allow any AC or Heating in the house.

The backyard & grill area loved loved loved this !!! Fire pit was used every night. We were outside more than any other place. Lots of very nice seating and landscaping was beautiful. Hummingbirds galore!!!! It was a spectacular show every day
