THINGS TO KNOW

Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.

Wood is not provided for the fireplace.

There are Ring security cameras around the property; however, these cameras are not active while the home is occupied.
