Southwestern Siesta

Overall this was an amazing stay. We extended twice and would’ve stayed even longer if it wasn’t booked up. The location is perfect. It’s a nice quiet area with plenty of walking paths nearby. You could even walk to the grocery store in about 15 minutes. The property itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed almost immediately. The WiFi is super spotty and we had to restart it multiple times but it did work the majority of the time. Anytime I had a question Vacasa was quick and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This was our 3rd annual trip staying at this condo for the month of October and as usual it was great. Comfortable furnishing, well equipped, great location to the pool (right out the door!) and not far from Old Town. In my last review I mentioned the cookware could use updating and it was, the new pots & pans were very nice. We were there for a month so had to do some cooking. Now if there was just a washer and dryer in the condo that would be ideal...LOL

We've stayed at this complex many times over the years and this condo twice now. Love the location, the amenities the complex has and the people we've come to know over the years. The only reason for NOT giving a 5 star this time is the WIFI didn't seem as good and the cookware could use a little updating. But the unit is furnished very nicely and very comfortable, 5 star in that regard!

This condo was in a great location, comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen and very roomy. We've been enjoying our stays at Winfield Place for the past 9 years (except during the covid years) and really enjoyed our stay for the month of October. Vacasa was very communicative prior to checkin and afterwards, good customer service. The complex has 2 pools and hot tub, close to the canal for walks or bike rides, close to old town for restaurants and shopping. Definately recommend staying here. I'm give 5 stars because 4 wasn't quite enough!
