Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. 'People noise' during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The balcony view onto the mountain was very beautiful

We stayed in this condo on a family vacation with 3 older kids. The condo was spacious and had all the things we needed. Kitchen what everything to cook meals for 6 people. Despite the rainy weather we used the pools and hot-tubs, and played pickleball on the adjacent court almost everyday. Condo is close to a grocery store for stocking up, the Indian Canyons for hiking, and downtown Palm Springs for entertainment and dinner options. Condo is in a very quiet neighborhood, which we liked.

Quiet, friendly community. Although not in suite, the BBQs and laundry facilities were good and well maintained. Loved having lemons, grapefruits and oranges for picking right outside our door.

This is our second time at the house and we like it because it was comfortable and had a lot of space. We do recommend that there would be a sun shade in the balcony. Overall we liked it and would come back again. Sincerely the Quiroz family

Mountain View is a wonderful place to stay. It’s situated in a peaceful section of Palm Springs, nestled between beautiful mountain vistas. It’s well appointed, very clean, and provides privacy for the guests. We stayed with 4 friends and we all had our own bed. Great find!

We loved the condo's location and overall condition. The living room was spacious and the view from the deck was awesome, specially at night. We made use of the shared amenities in the premises, including the pool, laundry, and grill.
We have a couple of suggestions to further enhance the rental. The dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinet, as the entire unit currently tilts forward when the racks are pulled out. There were only 4 sets of dishes, it could use another set since the unit accommodates more than 4. Some fixtures need to be fixed, like the toilet paper holder and one of the faucet handles in the master bath.
