The communication regarding the property description and directions was inconsistent across the paperwork and online. Overall, the interior of the home was great. However, the pool and backyard needed maintenance. I paid $270 to heat the pool for three days, but none of us ended up swimming because the pool was dirty and had algae. The Jacuzzi did not have functioning jets, and there was cracked plaster throughout both the pool and Jacuzzi. I had to hose everything off just to be able to relax outside. While there were many rules about maintaining quiet hours to respect the neighbors, it was not disclosed that the dogs next door bark constantly. I texted Vacasa Property Management on Friday about the backyard issues. They said someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. ** I have plenty of pictures and videos

The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen area was comfortable for all of us. Conveniently located to the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. The Vacasa staff were very responsive to any questions. The only challenging issue was the pool/spa but the pool service person helped us with that. Overall a nice house to spend time with family and friends.

This house was perfect for spending the weekend with family and very close to the acrisure. Everything was very clean and it had enough kitchen stuff for us to cook for all of us.
