Enjoy this mid-century modern Alexander vacation home in the Twin Palms area of Palm Springs. Sitting in a great location a few blocks from the ACE Hotel and Koffi, you will have no problem venturing out and experiencing the charm of this desert city! Though you can spend all day in the city exploring the various shops and delicious restaurants of Palm Canyon Drive, hiking and outdoor activities abound in the foothills nearby. Plus, Joshua Tree National Park is a great place for a day trip!

Things to Know

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

-There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please call us to pay for pool heat. The cost will be $100/day.

The house provided all of what we needed. Great location

This was a lovely home in a great location, within easy walking/biking distance to restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked, the sheets/beds were quite comfortable, and both the interior and exterior spaces were tastefully designed. However, a major part of our decision to book this property was access to a pool and spa, and neither were heated upon arrival despite my having paid and communicated with the agency more than 24 hours prior to arrival. Additionally, just prior to my paying the heating fee, I was told “they will be heating it up for you as soon as it comes through on the system, and it will be fully heated by the time you arrive. Should it not be please call in and we will take care of it immediately.” I called in, as instructed, as soon as I arrived, but they told me they couldn’t take care of it—clearly inconsistent with what I had been told previously. While they refunded me the pool heating fee, they refused to offer any discount or late checkout. As a result, I unfortunately cannot recommend this place to others seeking a residence with a heated pool and/or spa.

My husband and I just returned from a 10 day trip to Palm Springs and had an amazing time at this house. The home is very comfortable with a beautiful backyard, large pool with a hot tub and the most comfortable chaise lounges and great sun shades to wile away the hours in the sunshine. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect whether you want to pop into town or head to Koffi. We will definitely stay here again.

This immaculate home is gorgeous and pristine. From the the spacious kitchen, to the comfortable living areas, and refreshing large pool, this location is the perfect Palm Springs getaway! It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood yet a very close Uber ride to downtown and walking distance from excellent Mexican food, too! This house provided a modern coziness and relaxation. Highly recommended!
