The home is in a great location, and the condo was much larger than expected. We would happily stay again.

The remote for the fireplace didn't work at first. I had call the first day and was told someone who give me a call back. The next day I had to call again and was told they didn't know why I didn't get a call. Plus on the second call I told them the wifi was going in and out. So with in 15 minutes someone came to check out my problems. He got everything in working order and was super courteous. But all in all everything else was excellent.

We arrived to find the slider did not lock. After 3 days we were informed the washer did not work and prone to flood. Unsafe outlet. Wasted a day waiting for a repair man that didn’t show up. We were informed that repair people can just go in as they are given codes to units.
