We only had problems with the noise of the highway drivers at night, but everything else was nice. This little house is located in a very nice spot; so near to El Paseo! The sun is always present at the house, and the views of the mountains is something else.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely little townhouse in Palm Desert. Here are a few highlights: • The unit itself is clean and updated and has everything we needed for our long term stay • The patio area is private with direct access to the pool and has amazing views of the mountains, palm trees, and desert sunsets. • The complex itself is unbeatable. With only a handful of units the 4 acre site is open, beautifully landscaped, and the pool was nearly empty the entire time. • The location is a 10 minute walk to shopping, restaurants, and people gazing at El Peseo. • Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were working perfectly well, and there was even a robust cable package for my husband to watch all of the sports We will definitely go back and enjoy this unit and all the amenities Palm Desert has to offer.
