This modern home in Scottsdale was completely remodeled in 2017 with only the best finishes. Deluxe amenities include a private pool, pool spa, backyard putting green, and an outdoor firepit. Located near the desirable Kierland and Paradise Valley areas, you'll be a short distance away from top-notch restaurants, bars, and the beautiful outdoor shopping at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. TPC Scottsdale Stadium Golf Course is just down the road, where PGA's Phoenix Open is held annually.

The kitchen has been completely redone and is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV, nightstands, and plenty of lighting. The large great room off the kitchen has a 55-inch HDTV, a pullout sofa, and plenty of seating. The backyard is very spacious and features a patio area and large grassy area with paver patio extension with more chairs, firepit, gas grill, and outdoor table and chairs. The home also has free WiFi, a stand-up video arcade, and a tournament play foosball table. *Please note the pool/spa heat has additional taxes and fees that will apply.

Pool/Spa can be heated for $85 per day. Requires a 2 day notice.

Unfortunately, what we experienced was extremely disappointing. I contacted the host team because we landed earlier than expected and asked whether we could check an hour early. They declined our request and specifically explained that the property required same-day cleaning, sanitization, inspection, and final preparations until 4:00 PM to ensure the home was ready for our arrival. We completely respected that and waited until the designated check-in time. However, when we arrived the outdoor/pool area was clearly not ready for guests. All the furniture and cushions were dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. We ended up having to clean all the furniture, cushions and outdoor floors ourselves. The floor of the pool was extremely dirty, we provided photos and videos of the house conditions to Vacasa and Casago however we never heard.This is particularly frustrating considering that we had just been told we could not enter the property early because your team needed the additional time to clean, inspect, and prepare the home. This is by far the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in! The outdoor area is fantastic with so many different areas to relax and play. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our daughter!
