We love this place! You’re able to park in the garage right below the guest house. It’s so close and convenient. The stairway is well lit, I love the coat hooks by the door. The quality of furniture is impressive. It’s cozy and so comfortable. We bought some ice cream and snuggled up to watch a movie. The king size bed feels good and the sheets and comforter are soft and bright white clean. Instant hot water for showering and hand washing. The kitchen is well organized with everything you’ll need. Hot coffee in the morning. Plenty of seating. I set my laptop up on the kitchen island and it was the perfect work area for a few hours. No carpet, yay! This guest house shows the owners truly care, they want their guests to feel at home, relax and have what they need. We will definitely be back! Great location, close to downtown Flagstaff which has amazing restaurants and fun shops. 5 stars across the board to the owners of this getaway!!

The room was a nice room for two in a quiet section of town but that is where the good stuff ends. There is no light in a steep, dark stairwell coming up to the apartment. The owners have been aware of this for a while. It has nothing to do with it being a dark sky community as there are no windows in the stairwell. The fan remote does not work and if you look at other reviews you will see this has been an issue since June 2023. If you are doing anything such as hiking or outdoor activities there is no ice maker in the freezer nor ice cube trays to make any. We asked the first day of a five day stay for trash liners for the kitchen trash can and never received them.

Spotless clean, great spot to come home to after a long day of exploring. Very clean, very comfortable. First time I tried to find it, I was surprised it wasn’t well lit outside (late at night) but then I realized flagstaff is a “dark sky city” and now I appreciate being able to see the stars. Good job!

The host really added some cute touches to make this space feel like home. There are a few burnt out lights, dead batteries in remote controls for the fan/TV but the space is clean and bright. We loved having the garage to keep our rental safe and the nice kitchen with eating buffet. Even the decor and guest book were cute added touches.
