It was used as the filming location for the 1962 film Kid Galahad, starring Elvis Presley. The house still has many of the characteristics of the film. Parties will not be tolerated at this home. The neighbors are sensitive to noise, so please follow the county noise ordinance from 10 pm - 8 am. There is a noise-awareness system in the home.

Riverside County regulations prohibit any 'party' lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any 'light trespass' on surrounding properties.
