Only Albert Frey, in Palm Springs, was known to have used strong, lightweight, all-aluminum frames like this one, which dates back to 1953. The living space was ahead of its time, with walls of windows that let in the sunlight, an open kitchen, and front and rear patios that allow you to relax outdoors at any time of day. The windows throughout the home were also recently renovated and reimagined by H3K design. There's a private swimming pool with great sun exposure, plentiful outdoor seating for lounging and dining, as well as a firepit where you can unwind beneath the stars each evening.

This home is located in the desirable Movie Colony East neighborhood of Palm Springs, where it's surrounded by other architectural gems and celebrity homes. You'll be a few blocks from the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, and less than a mile east of Palm Canyon Drive - the main strip in downtown Palm Springs that's lined with celebrated restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, casinos, and other attractions. The Palm Springs Art Museum is just over a mile west, Palm Springs International Airport is two miles southeast, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is less than seven miles west.

Things to Know

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
