Just over one mile away is Downtown Palm Springs where you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Spend the day at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six-and-a-half miles from this home) to ascend over 8,000 feet up to Mount San Jacinto. For the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons for a hike up to the waterfalls just over five miles away. Of course, Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held annually in Indio just 24 miles away.

This house is way better in person! Great layout with 2 primary bedrooms on one side and the other 3 bedrooms on the other side of the property. So many different and distinct places for everyone to hangout. Perfect for 2-3 families. Cooking was a breeze with the well stocked kitchen and awesome BBQ station outside! The fire pit was a nice place to chill away from the pool. You won’t regret spending the extra $$to heat the pool in the winter. Was lovely to have a warm pool and hot tub to make swimming on a cloudy day fun! Fun artwork and great design choices made this house a treat to experience. Overall we loved this place and will be back! Luggage racks in every bedroom was a great touch. Quiet cul-de-sac location was quiet, but very close to downtown fun!
