The Alhambra - 4587

The house is in a decent location, however, the furnishings are quite worn and not much to write home about. I specifically chose the property because it had a pool and I had I paid $72 per day to have the pool heated --and provided the required 3 day notice for pool heating. Notwithstanding, the pool was not heated. I reached out repeatedly to guest services and kept getting cheery AI generated responses--but no follow through. By the last day of my stay, I reached out again inquiring about a refund for the prepaid pool heating--again, nothing but cheerful emptiness. Thanks. And, oh yeah, there were cockroaches in my daughter's bedroom--so I guess there was that bonus.

everything in this home was great.

I'd give this 4.5 stars insead of 5 due to access issues (noted below). However, the property was nice, including the enclosed yard with new, real grass, which isn't evident in the photos. There is also a new gas BBQ that was not listed, so that was a plus. The property was comfortable and we would stay here again. I'm subtracting 1/2 star because we were given the incorrect door code twice, then eventually reached someone at Vacasa who said the door lock isn't working and we had to use a lockbox instead, which we didn't have the code for until we reached a second rep. So we waited outside about 20 min until the right person called us back, which was frustrating and entirely avoidable if Vacasa had the correct info in their files.

This property was great! In a quiet neighborhood, clean, comfortable and the pool was an added plus. Also close to downtown and many great shops and restaurants!

We enjoyed this home from the moment we came thru the front gate! The welcoming blue glass of the front door into a spacious entry. Lots of light throughout and open and airy! The backyard is so peaceful. The pool was so relaxing. We also enjoyed the sound of the water fountain and fruit trees lining the fence. Bedrooms were comfortable. Living room offered enough room for everyone to sit & chat. Couches were a comfortable place to take an afternoon nap! Home was close to downtown & grocery store. We enjoyed our time at the Alhambra!
