No hot water for 2 days. Couldn’t access pool and hot tub - changed to code from fob and was not updated of change. No code to get in. Had to wait until someone else came another day to get in. Lawn cutting right next to bedroom window at 8 am. Someone vacuuming upstairs at 7 am. Tried to make phone call for help of hot water and no response until next day, wasn’t even a weekend!! Really too bad because property itself was not bad.
