-This home has a 7-night minimum booking requirement.

-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

My partner and I rented this unit for 10 nights. It’s a downstairs 2 bed/2 bath condo. There is a front and rear patio and a washer/dryer in unit. We loved the place! Very clean and quiet, although we occasionally heard the folks above in their unit. The condo is well laid out, with separated bedrooms and baths. Wi-Fi worked great. Some great mountain views from the kitchen windows! The back patio is like a small sanctuary. Parking is plentiful and there are no assigned spaces…there are carports as well. And…it’s a quiet unit. Very satisfied overall. Ralph’s grocery store is very close. I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s also gated (though the entry gate was awaiting repair for the last 4 or 5 days). Still…I’d give it a top rating.
