Originally a resort hotel from 1955, which was converted to private ownership in the mid-70s, this peaceful mid-century modern enclave is surrounded by beautiful mountain views and palm trees, yet is mere walking distance to amenities, hiking, and public transportation. There's also a large sparkling community pool and a spa on the property, as well as two lighted tennis courts, available for guests.

This bright and modern contemporary retreat was featured in Atomic Ranch Magazine (Spring, 2022), as well as Modernism Week (2025), and has been renovated to offer everything you could want from a vacation condo for Palm Springs living. It has been decorated in classic mid-century vintage and new retro furnishings without sacrificing modern-day amenities such as free WiFi, a smart TV and a Bose stereo with bluetooth connectivity so you can play your own tunes.

The remodeled kitchen makes meals and cocktail hour drinks a breeze, while a large sliding glass door leads to the patio area where a BBQ await. The primary bedroom has a clean and modern design with a comfortable king-size bed and fine linens ensuring you have a good night's rest after a fun day playing in the sun. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.

We loved everything about this beautiful home. The furnishings and complex were in excellent condition. The home was clean and had everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable along with good sheets and towels.

This condo was amazing to stay at. It says true to the vintage of its building but also has modern amenities and helps you feel like you’re living the Palm Springs lifestyle. It’s located close to downtown Palm Springs, with a peaceful and calm property and public areas within the complex. I would like to let anyone reading this review know that currently as of 2025 there was a note saying that the AC could not be turned below 72°. Since we went in early May and it was just starting to get warm, the fans in the bedroom and in the living room with the AC turned on was fine. However, if you plan on staying here in the summer, expect the condo to get much warmer. Even though we didn’t need it, it was nice to know that they have an option of heating the swimming pool for the winter months.

Coco Cabana Hideaway is exactly as described in previous reviews. I spent a relaxing 6 nights there in November. Clean, tastefully furnished and close to grocery and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable utensil. I really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and taking twice daily walks while enjoying panoramic views of the nearby mountains. Also, there are several bike paths that will take you downtown and to the Indian Canyons. 2 big thumbs up!!

When you first walk in to this lovely home you feel the character and love that the owner poured into all the details and overall wonderful vibe of the place. So many vacation rentals have become bland with no sense of place but not this place. It has it in spades and the location is fantastic with great amenities and hikes just mintues away that you can walk to. This is rare in Palm Springs as one has to drive to all the hikes. The king bed was a plus as well. And having tennis courts on the property is fantastic.

We had a great week at the Coco Cabana. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is quiet but walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. We enjoyed the tennis/pickleball court as well. Highly recommend a stay here!
