Completely remodeled in March of 2023, this home boasts elegance and upscale modern living. Showcasing high ceilings and a sunny, airy interior, this home features an open-concept living area with lots of windows and a large TV, a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an elegant dining area. In addition to two bedrooms, a den houses a queen futon for extra sleeping space. Step through the sliding glass doors and out to your oasis backyard complete with a sparkling, heated pool, gas firepit, and a lovely seating area perfect for relaxing with your favorite reading material or dining al fresco with the help of the gas grill. Additional conveniences include a washer/dryer, while central air-conditioning and heating ensure everyone stays comfortable during their visit.
This home is located in Magnesia Falls Cove near The River—Rancho Mirage's downtown core filled with restaurants, shops, and local entertainment options. Spend the day on Mt. San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (just 17 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. And in the evening, head to Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa, just seven-and-a-half miles away, for dining, gambling, and live entertainment.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not operational.
Guests must book for a minimum of 28 days.
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

House had everything we needed. Had enough room and good WiFi for WFH as well as hosting a few guests over the month. Great yard and pool service so place was always tidy. Wonderful quiet neighborhood, great for walks. New deco was comfy and cute.
Was nervous about going through Vacasa because of the negative comments I had read but our experience was stellar. The house was the perfect choice and frankly I hate to say so because it will become so popular I won’t have a chance to get it again…loved the pool… great fun location, close to great restaurants and a movie theater as well for those times when it’s too hot for golf. Hope to enjoy it again.
Immaculate and centrally located. Laundry equipment in detached garage a bit inconvenient. Garage was unavailable for car but not explicitly advertised as such
At 4000 dollars for the month this house was a great little find . The neighbourhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet , the view from the front porch outstanding and little pool in the back a very private oasis . Location is ideal , you can actually walk from the house directly to the bump and grind trail network in 10 minutes . Vacasa was responsive to any concerns . This is an older house that has had minimal renovation . Bathrooms , kitchen cupboards need upgrading . The double bed in the second bedroom is not great for a couple but the futon in the den is decently comfortable . The back sliding glass door is very problematic and needs to be replaced . The fireplace is only for show, The garage does not fit a full size truck . I would still stay here again .
