People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm. Primary Renter Must be 25 Years of Age to Rent (Proof of Age Required)

The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

Pool and spa are not pre heated, you can add pool and spa heat for $99/night. 48 hour notice required to add the amenity.
