The cabin and location were nice otherwise.
We like the 2 bedrooms cozy house with lots of amenities in the kitchen and in the rooms. We especially love the close by hiking trails at Pumphouse Natural Trail and the Kachina Natural Wetlands.
We loved the area where this house was located. The neighbors were really friendly and it was lovely being surrounded by pines and nature! It was easy getting back and forth to Flagstaff too.
Lovely well appointed place! One thing to note the fees are a lot, which for a two night stay doubled the price.
The cabin itself was cozy, although the entertainment center did not work as advertised. The Function key got nothing, local stations were nonexistent, and we could not even get to Netflix. The power went off for an entire evening, so we could not use the cabin that night. We had to eat out and sacrifice the groceries we had bought for the night. Vacasa did not rectify any of this. The phone-support staff did not know how to make the entertainment center work. And Vacasa would not reimburse us for the time the power was off. Why should we pay rent for a night where the cabin was unusable? Vacasa needs to take that hit.
