* Guest Parking: Three guest parking passes are displayed on the counter and must be displayed on the dashboard.

* The HOA is extremely strict regarding parking near the fire hydrant on Wilshire (please park 15+ feet away).

* The driveway accommodates 1 to 2 vehicles, where guest parking passes do not need to be displayed.

* Security Cameras: There are two active doorbell cameras, one on the front porch and one on the side of the house near the garage. There is no active doorbell camera in the backyard.
