The house was very clean and comfortable. Our Daughter enjoyed the kids room with games. We found it to be relaxing sitting outside and enjoying the sunset. Great storage and kitchen was supplied with all the basics you would need.

The house served well, but the consumables (TP, paper towels) were bottom of the barrel. There were no spare paper towels, and the Help line had no idea about anything. The check-in instructions did not have the trash pickup filled in. I would say avoid Vacasa in your vrbo stays.

The house was great, very nice & comfortable!! They had everything we needed to cook, have our morning coffee, we could sit outside to eat. Beds were very comfortable. We needed a nice place for family to gather, spend time with the new great grand baby!! Neighborhood was nice. We couldn’t figure out how the thermostat worked - but the grandson who lives in Phoenix knew right away how to work it - so it was fine. We had no problem getting in the house or locking up. Vacasa CS was very prompt in responding to any requests. Our stay was Very Enjoyable and we will certainly be back!! Thank you
