We rented this house last minute, due to a cancelled reservation elsewhere. First impression is that the house is a little dated, but it really is just perfect. It's super close to Safeway, and everything in Goodyear and Litchfield Park. Key question: would I book it again? Yes, absolutely! Also: the owner responded really quickly to our questions.

Good: great house in safe gated community. Great location. Bad: entry keypad didn't work and was reported by another customer months ago and never fixed . took an hour to get help and used a lockbox key finally. Sent several messages once there asking for instructions to turn on ice maker, check out instructions. Never responded. BOTH propane tanks empty and none to be bought locally, so grill unavailable. No broiling pan in stove so no plan B. Light outside main door out and very dark at night. 4 remotes on living room coffee table with no instructions on use, would've been helpful but 16 year old nephew figured it out. Management started answering my questions after i got home ! Very poor communications. Not worth $ 300/night. Too many better options locally

Beautiful, relaxing, well equipped with all the amenities you'll need, in a great area lots of shopping, restaurants and recreational stuff to do! Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The house was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Once we were in, the stay was pleasant. Furniture and amenities were good. Beds were comfortable. Representatives were knowledgeable and helpful. Cons: Front door deadbolt keypad is broken (correct code did not unlock the door) and NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. A representative successfully provided an alternate entry method via text message.

Central location for traveling to the various ballparks we wanted to attend. Spacious area to come back and relax after a day at the ballpark. Enjoyed the BBQ grill and pool side table to take in the Arizona sunshine. Just a bit chilly to enjoy the pool (not sure how heated it is).
