We stayed at the Duke Street rental and enjoyed our visit. The location was close enough to stores, restaurants and the interstate. If we travel to Arizona again, we would gladly stay here again.

The house lack amenities. For a week and half stay they left one small bottle of shampoo, lotion, and bar soap. In addition there was no lotion or kleenex. We had to buy additional conditioner, body soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. The beds are not ideal if you any back issue. The front light was burnt out. The TV in one bedroom would not connected to the WIFi so you couldn't watch anything on that TV. It would be nice they would have larger non-stick skillet instead of just one tiny small frying pan. I will say it is good if you are traveling with dogs.

The house suited our needs perfectly. The location was perfect for ASU graduation and the Phoenix Zoo! We would rent this place again for sure!

Being just off several major roads made it easy to navigate Phoenix, and being several blocks from those roads kept it quiet at Duke Delight. I spent a week there and had friends with me half of the time. The location is a 3-5-minute walk to a plaza with a grocery store and a few fast food places. I walked there many of the days for various necessities as well as treats. I’d stay in this place again in a heartbeat! It was 10-15 minutes to airport, half-hour or less to favorite attractions including Desert Botanical Gardens, Phoenix Art Museum, Cosanti (they pour/ make brass bells), Musical Instrument Museum, and the Perfect Pear Bistro, of which there are three locations, we went to two of them within 10 minutes of Duke D. Highly recommend (both Perfect Pear and this lodging!)
