We stayed here for Coachella, and it was perfect location! It was super easy getting to and from the festival. The house was fully stocked and the pool was great!
House was very comfortable & neighborhood quiet. Enjoyed the pool & having trail access across the street for early morning walks. Great location.
This was the 2nd time we rented this house. We particularly love the view of the mountains across the street, wonderful to enjoy that view while sitting outside with morning coffee, or watching the sun go down behind the mountain. The house is very comfortable, well supplied kitchen, plenty of towels, extra garage door opener. Lovely master bedroom with comfortable bed and bedding and fantastic shower. We didn't use the other bedrooms but the beds are small and not well suited for other adult guests. Pool problems have been reported repeatedly. We had problems last year but property manager was able to get it working for our stay. This time the pool/spa would not heat. Local office was basically unresponsive for 3 days; very poor communication. Once property manager returned, he worked to pool company to assess the problem. Turned out a new heater was required. He worked with owner to get approval for a new pool heater, which we really appreciated. We got credit for the one week that we lost use of the pool but thankfully were able to enjoy it for our second week, and with the new heater it worked perfectly. We appreciate the owner being willing to replace the costly pool heater during our stay. Overall, this is a wonderful house in a great location...feels like a home away from home.
This home made our vacation magical. The location is literally across the street from the Bear Creek Trail with an absolutely stunning view of the mountains. Every morning I sat outside drinking my coffee and watching the sunrise light up the mountains from the front porch. We rarely went out because the house was the center point of everything!!! We will be back!
