What a wonderful property. There is no real traffic, other than foot traffic on the dead end, where there is a walking trail. The mountain view in back is stunningly beautiful and the wildlife is incredible. It is close to shopping and dining. I will definitely look for this property again!
Lovely home with an amazing view from the back patio which backs right up against the Catalina foothills. Saw rabbits and a Javelina family. Highly recommend.
A very quite home with everything you need and lots of animals out the back door framed by the amazing mountains behind. A great clean pool a short walk and a wonderful trail at the end of the street. Will come back again.
I have lived in Tucson off and on since 1987 so I know the Old Pueblo quite well. My wife and I have stayed in many vacation condos and townhomes in Tucson and they are always in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The location of this property is quite exceptional if you are looking for peace and quiet. It is situated at the northern end of the development and is far away from the main road so the only sounds you hear are the birds. The view on Finger Rock is exceptional from the living room. As shown in the photos, the home has not been remodeled and many of the features and furnishings are original but very clean. We particularly enjoyed looking at the book collection and decorations from the 1970's. It reminded us of our grandparent's home and that is something we rarely experience anymore. The patio home (adjoining on one side) has newer kitchen appliances, HVAC and hot water heater. I have been in property management for 30 years so I notice these details. We would definitely stay at this unique and vintage property in the future, and I recommend it to others which is something I rarely do.
Beautiful setting, comfy home. close to great restaurants and various attractions around the Tucson area. Would definitely stay again.
