While children are welcome to visit under adult supervision, they are not permitted overnight.This community has a large parking lot that can accommodate a trailer or smaller recreational vehicle. Please Note: There are 3 additional units for rent in this community. You can find the other units by searching for Tranquil Trail Units 1, 3, 6, or 8, or give us a call to book!Streaming services will require a guest account to access.

•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

This is our second time in this complex but different unit. I love being able to walk in the wash just a block away every morning. Great birds. Can also walk into the center of Carefree. This is an older complex but the units have been remodeled and look great. This unit has the best collection of cooking and serving ware I have ever seen in a B and B. Loved that as it was Thanksgiving and I needed pie plates and more. But BEWARE is has zero condiments. No coffee. Not even salt. I Had to buy a lot of stuff I only needed a tablespoon of.

NEighborhood, owners, quiet, very pretty pool area with plenty of loungers. The whole property is very well maintained and updated unites.
