Welcome to your home away from home at this Khunu-Wasi 'Snow House' in the beautiful gated community of Country Pines in Pinetop, AZ! This well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next getaway to the White Mountains.

The open-concept living area, complete with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, is ideal for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. When it comes time to retreat for the night, both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature ensuite baths, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. Downstairs has a mini-split system for cooling comfort and an EST heater for radiant heat.

Check-in/-out was seamless via text. Great communication with codes, etc. Condo itself was clean and accurately depicted in the photos. Nice that it has great temperature control (some White Mountain places don't have any A/C). But if you are planning to spend extended time in the condo (instead of just sleeping there), be aware that there is not a comfortable place to sit anywhere. The sofa is terrible (small and feels like you are falling forward), then there's two bar stools and kitchen chairs. The stools and chairs are "fine" but not exactly what you might be looking for if, say, you want to sit and drink coffee or read a bit or scroll through social media. Also, there is no furniture on the patio. The nicest place we found to sit was in the community pool area, which was about 100 feet away. Beds were just okay. Also need to note that the community hot tub was not working. Overall, decent place.
