Great central location to stores, downtown, & college campus.. Competitively priced with local hotels during peak periods. Plenty of room for our group (4 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 pre-teen.

Not a horrible place, but I can’t recommend. Backyard is just a weed patch (and not fenced for dogs). BBQ is broken and needs repair. Patio furniture is broken and needs replaced. Patio railing is rickety and unsafe. In general, the interior was not clean. Ants everywhere in the kitchen. No dish rags or hot pads. Pans are old and need to be replaced. Downstairs bathroom door won’t open all the way (hits the toilet). Hot water setting is WAY too hot and would be dangerous for small children. On the positive... it was a fairly quiet neighborhood.
