The owner has done such a wonderful job at decorating this place to feel like a hawaiian resort in Tucson! The home is older and needs some attention to some minor things to make it functional again like the doors and bathtubs, but the home is truly a luxorious island itself in the middle of the country club! It felt like we were staying at a golf resort (careful because there is no privacy since the tee box is your back yard) however if you shut the blinds you are back in your big island oasis. The craftsmanship of this home shows serious 70's talent and I hope the homeowner can continue the authenticity of the house, its original wood and goegeous elements showcasing its design for this wonderful house it was planned to be if it continues to be a rental! The neighbors are friendly, the location is close to le buzz, le nuff said!! ;)
Home is in an amazing area of Tucson that I never knew existed. My daughter was getting married at Tanque Verde Ranch. This home is located in 49er estates on a golf course -a very beautiful, family friendly neighborhood. We loved the house, but unfortunately we had no cable or WiFi to 3 of our 4 day stay. Data was spotty at best. There were a few cleanliness issues as well, but I did not think this was homeowners fault. The management company, Vacasa, was slow to help. Multiple calls, multiple agents & we finally got one that escalated issue. I would have no hesitation staying at this house again as long as the issues I mentioned were resolved. The burned lighting out front was never fixed. This is crucial because you are in the foothills of a desert/mountain area, and there are critters that will come up to the porch!
A lovely spacious home with a beautiful view.
Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room inside and out.
