Great place. Roxxy Jauregui and Britt were VERY helpful. Had some difficulties but they saved our vacation. Bruce and Judy Price
First, the five-star features: The house is large and very nicely furnished. The yard is nice and very private. Even had its own grapefruit tree. The general location, on a quiet cul de sec, is good. Now for the two-star features: There is a group home for the elderly next door that, although screened by trees from the side and back yard, is still a bit of an eyesore. The house also needs some TLC. On the first day, one of the kitchen cabinet doors simply fell off. Looked for a screwdriver. Nope. Bought my own and repaired the door. The dishwasher is on its last legs and the washing machine has seen better days. The pool is a little sad and could use a redo. The kitchen had no wine glasses. But all in all, a very nice house.
Plenty of room for 7 people. Nice large kitchen and family room.
The area around the pool is magnificent. We loved the privacy, the sound of the waterfall and the beauty of the mountains in the background. The couch and chairs outside are extremely comfortable. The master bedroom is lovely with a good television and a sitting room. The master bath is also very nice. The guest bedrooms are also very comfortable, each with its own television.
The kitchen is well appointed but not as bright as one might wish.
The living room furniture is a bit dated and the television is very small for a house of this size and expense. But the high ceilings in the living room are absolutely lovely.
The owners are extremely responsive to issues and willing to fix problems that occur. We have spent many happy years renting this house for the season.
