The Tree House

We loved this house, everything is just as pictured and gorgeous. The backyard was so fun for the whole family and the large porch was amazing. The house had everything you could need and more. We enjoyed our time at the house and will be back!

Home was light and bright and very clean. Bedding was beautiful in all rooms. Extra linens, blankets, sheets, towels galore. Great laundry room with high end washer and dryer and even a thoughtful huge tub of laundry detergent. Kitchen island was huge and just beautiful. Plenty of dishes and glasses and all the utensils you’ll need. Great walk in pantry with random spices and ( likely left over things) random thinks like oil and syrup. Bring extra paper towels and things like foil and Saran Wrap. Deck was heaven!!! It rained but it’s covered so we were able to sit and enjoy the show without getting wet. Plenty of deck furniture. Gas grill is natural gas so no worries of not having gas for grilling. Two high top heaters are on the patio and the tanks were full! Again… very thoughtful details. Backyard had a fun set up for the kids with a tree fort and ninja obstacle course. Horseshoes for the adults with plenty of room for cornhole ( bring your own). Master had an amazing soaking tub complete with a stand to hold supplied bath salts. Heaven. Both heat and air worked perfect on main and in bunk room. Garage was clean and large. Plenty of room for two large vehicles. Game room inside has some random toys and games. We didn’t use them so not sure if they had all the pieces but still nice that they were there. Mattresses were all comfortable. They supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. We had our own so can’t comment on quality. Also thoughtful were supplied things like cotton balls pads, bar soap, liquid soap, makeup wipes, ear swaps and soap and dishwashing pods in kitchen. Safeway for groceries is a short drive or they deliver! Buffalo bills is a fun restaurant 2 minutes away. Only caution I have is stairs to get in home. Although safe with a rail on both sides, you do have about 6 steps to get inside and a few more in garage. If you have concerns for elderly / handicap accessibility I will tell you to choose another home due to access to entry and exit. There were a few safety concerns in home all involving rugs. They were beautiful accents but many were bunched up and being under the beds we couldn’t easily fix the issue so we had to be very careful not to trip on them. Not sure what the cleaning crew would leave them like that as it was an obvious issue especially in the master. Mainly pointing this out if you have someone in your party that could easily trip and fall. Overall this home is simply amazing!!! I would 100% rent again. Thoughtful touches throughout made it even more enjoyable. We stayed in August but can’t imagine how beautiful watching a snowstorm would be through the massive windows while sitting near the warm gas fireplace. Driveway has slight incline from road but overall flat and easy to maneuver. This home has it all in my opinion!

Everything

The great room was beautiful and comfortable/cozy. Back deck along the back of the home was very large and has two areas for seating/dining. Beds were comfortable Plenty of towels/sheets/pillows/blankets

We enjoyed our stay, the location in Torreón is really nice. Guest services were helpful. Living space is comfortable and beautifully decorated. Need to update a couple of things and some cleaning issues but overall a nice stay.
