Piestewa Getaway

This home was very cute and a great open concept for a family! The pool was so nice to have. There are some things to fix in the home for the homeowner but is overall a great place to rent. The pool is also not heated but I didn’t see that in the listing.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. I met a few of the neighbors and they are all very kind. The house itself is well appointed with comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, and a private patio. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to others who can live with the only big Con of the property. Which is that the plumbing issue noted by others has not been addressed successfully. We were not in the house most of the day, but had to keep the fans on and the bathroom doors closed to keep the smell from leaking into the bedrooms. Would like to book this place again next year for our annual trip, hopefully this will be resolved by then!

The house was beautiful and spacious, unfortunately there is a strong sewage small coming from the master shower, the was a cockroach running around inside, the freezer handle fell off and the kitchen sink didn’t have hot water.

We smelled sewer gas coming from the p traps in the shower. We reported this the first night we arrived. Nothing was done except the staff gaslighting us the first couple of days. When a plumber finally came we were already very sick and it was unbearable. We have yet to see any money back. We lost money for food expenses, having to pay for hotel the rest of our trip and our special needs son communication training (which is why we were in Phoenix) was ruined. Very disappointed and disgusted with this situation and company. VRBO should not work with you and I will be reporting this and leaving many bad reviews since nothing was done
