Upon arrival at the home, you'll be delighted with the chic Santa Barbara feel and design of this elegant southwestern home. There is an arched entry way with beautiful iron gates and floral touches to the landscaping.

Entering the home, the living room and formal dinning room sits off to your immediate right and straight ahead is the kitchen. The home has sweeping soft white walls, sandy colored carpet and tile, and high ceilings with exposed beams giving this home a very open, relaxed feel.

The living room has a very comfortable, large sectional sofa, two sitting chairs, a marble coffee table and two end tables. There is a 65" mounted Smart TV above the living room fire place. The TV is set up with streaming only and the owner's offer Hulu live as the cable alternative option. The formal dinning room table can comfortable seat up to 8 people and has a large buffet behind it. Inside of the buffet are several board games and card games for guests to use for a fun night with family and friends.

The kitchen is a big attraction for those who like to cook and entertain. It includes white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops for a bright, modern feel. You'll find the kitchen to be well equipped with professional grade home appliances to help you cook up a chef inspired meal. The kitchen appliances include double ovens, microwave, a gas range, large sub-zero fridge and freezer, wine cooler fridge, and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools and a breakfast knook dinning table that seats 6 people comfortably.

The master suite is spacious, comfortable and luxurious. There is a large upholstered king sized bed with a night stand and lamp on each side. In front of the bed are two sitting chairs and a table that face towards the 55" mounted smart TV. There is also a wooden dresser chest with mirror that sits to the left of the TV. The attached master bathroom is sure to spoil our guests! It includes a walk-in closet, private commode, large walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and large dual-vanity. The vanity has marble counter tops and fountain faucets which give this luxury bathroom a spa-inspired feel along with custom tile throughout.

The second bedroom is located on the main living level and has a queen sized bed, a night stand with lamp on each side of the bed, and a wall-mounted 55" Smart TV. The other bedrooms are located downstairs in the basement.

Walking down the stairs and entering the basement, you'll find an additional living room area which is set up as a bonus room for gaming. It includes a blue couch, coffee table and a 60" Smart TV. There is also an Xbox 360 for gaming. This living area has an adult bunk bed in it which can sleep additional guests. The bunk bed has two queen-size beds. The third bedroom sits off to the left and includes a queen sized bed, wall mounted 55" TV, large closet and a wooden desk with chair. The fourth bedroom sits to the right of the basement living room and also includes a queen sized bed, wall mounted 55" TV, large closet and a wooden desk with chair.

This home has a great backyard for entertaining! The covered patio area has an outdoor dinning table that can seat 6 people comfortably. there is also an outdoor sofa that reclines and two sitting chairs. There are 4 chaise lounge chairs for soaking in the warm Arizona sun while relaxing pool-side. The backyard has a large pebble-tech pool that is 10ft deep, at the deepest end. The spa is connected to the pool and can sit 6 people in it comfortably. The backyard has a gas BBQ grill, wood burning fire pit and a ping pong table.

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**

~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time

~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."

~ No pets or large gatherings

~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed.

~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~ Utility caps apply. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer

~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

** Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature **

Pool and spa heating are available for $90 per day plus tax. Since they share the same heating system, they can't be heated separately. Please note that in winter, it may take about three days for the water to reach around 82 degrees.
