* Casago provides a starter supply of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

* No pets or large gatherings.

* Please use the garage or designated visitor parking. Repeated overnight visitor parking is not permitted.

* This is a smoke-free property, including the home, outdoor areas, and community premises. Smoking, marijuana, and vaping are not permitted.

* Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection.

* Casago homes are inspected approximately every 30 days for routine maintenance, including filters, batteries, and lock service.
