The newly added private jacuzzi provides the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring — soak beneath the stars while surrounded by breathtaking red rock scenery.

You may even spot local wildlife passing through, including quail and other native desert visitors that add to the authentic Sedona experience.

INDOOR LIVING

Inside, the home offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with spacious interiors designed for comfort and connection. Expansive windows frame the stunning landscape and fill the home with natural light, bringing Sedona's beauty indoors.

Open-concept living spaces provide plenty of room to gather, entertain, or simply relax and enjoy the views. The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped for preparing meals at home, while the formal dining area — complete with a built-in ice maker — creates an ideal setting for shared meals and evening cocktails.

Multiple fireplaces throughout the home add warmth and ambiance, creating a cozy yet elevated retreat experience.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Designed with privacy and comfort in mind, all three bedrooms function as private suites:

• Primary Suite: King bed with en suite bathroom and fireplace

• Suite Two: King bed with en suite bathroom and fireplace

• Suite Three: King bed with en suite bathroom and fireplace

~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver s license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
