There is a grand living room with tons of light coming in from the cathedral ceilings, perfect for family gatherings after your day ventures. You will not believe the breathtaking 360° views right outside every window.

Feel like entertaining while cooking? This will be the perfect house for you! The vast kitchen with an extra-large island and a separate baker's table with seating will leave your guests in awe as they watch you prepare your meals. There is more than enough room and countertop space to cook for a group with double ovens, stoves, and dishwashers. For more formal occasions, have dinner at the grand dining room with beautiful place settings with enough room for eight guests. Complete the kitchen with a wine cooler to chill your favorite wine.

When it's time to enjoy the heat with a splash in the pool and jacuzzi relax under the gazebo with cushioned lounge seating. You will not want to go back home after you see the casita attached to the pool! This room is perfect for entertaining with a large screen HD TV within a multi-level theater, board games, an arcade video game, and a bar. Cold drinks? No worries! There is a cooler and ice maker to have ice-cold drinks while you watch movies or swim to your heart's content!

As if all of the views and fun activities at the pool weren't enough, take a walk just outside the pool and find the most beautiful herb garden. You're more than welcome to use it for your cooking desires! Just below the garden is a bocce ball court that is perfect for family fun with a windmill just down the way, and a cornhole game is available for more outdoor fun. Just imagine the breathtaking view at sunset from the 2nd story patio. You won't want to miss out.

When you are ready to fall asleep, we have the comfort of home right at your fingertips! You just need to decide which room to choose from! The master bedroom ensuite has a luxurious king-size bed, television, and your dream bathroom with a deep jacuzzi tub, shower, and large walk-in closet. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the bathroom so you can toss your clothes right in there. For more relaxation, take a seat in front of the fireplace and enjoy views from any view from all the windows.

The second guest room downstairs is an ADA handicap-accessible room with a large roll-in shower, widened doors, and a favorable queen-size bed. Access to the front courtyard through a French door near the fireplace outside makes this room perfect for front-row views of the fountain and vineyard.

The third guest room has a desk for business necessities, a queen-sized bed, and more than enough windows to enjoy views from every angle. Access to the fireplace outside through a French door makes you feel like you are in wine country!

The fourth guest room upstairs features 2 full-size beds a twin bunk bed and access to the large patio above the pool. Get your camera ready because you won't believe your eyes when you step out to the unobstructed panoramic views of the sunset.

Lastly, the final guest bedroom, also upstairs, with the most comfortable queen size bed and large closet will make you feel right at home with tons of windows with panoramic views of the vineyard and much much more! This room also has a crib for the precious little ones!

Looking for a relaxing nook to read? Just up the stairs and past the private balcony there is a reading nook with books of all kinds; a mini library to read to your heart's content. As if that isn't enough, the views up there are absolutely spectacular! You won't want to leave this sanctuary.

The pictures just don't do this vineyard justice! You will have to see it for your own eyes!

House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~ Spa heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent thespa from achieving your desired temperature

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
