This newly furnished home was designed with your comfort in mind. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors showcase stunning, up-close views of Courthouse Butte, creating a picture-perfect backdrop you'll want to return to year after year.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, flowing seamlessly into a spacious living area equipped with modern tech, streaming-enabled entertainment, and a large flatscreen TV for cozy nights in.

Sedona's dark-sky ordinance means brilliantly starry nights—perfect for stargazing from the comfort of your private outdoor space, complete with a provided telescope.

Each of the three bedrooms features luxury mattresses, generous storage, and restful design for a perfect night's sleep. The second bedroom also includes a PC monitor for remote work or business stays.

Step outside to open desert air, lounge seating, and a BBQ grill, all framed by breathtaking red rock scenery.

More than a home away from home, Crystal View Retreat offers comfort, luxury, and the kind of peace you only find in Sedona.

House Rules

- Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
