Inside, the home features a bright, open-concept layout with thoughtfully selected furnishings and warm Southwestern touches throughout. The living area is centered around comfort and connection, with ample seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi — ideal for entertainment, staying connected, or getting work done remotely.

The dining space flows seamlessly from the living area and kitchen, anchored by a natural wood table that complements the home's desert aesthetic. The fully equipped kitchen is designed to exceed expectations, featuring a gas cooktop, high-end cookware, Vitamix blender, crockpot, kettle, and everything needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full home-cooked dinner — perfect whether you're passing through or settling in.

SLEEPING QUARTERS

The home offers a comfortable and flexible layout ideal for stays of any length. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and a beautifully renovated en suite bathroom, creating a private retreat to relax and recharge. A guest bedroom offers a queen bed and its own Smart TV, while the third bedroom includes a twin daybed with trundle, along with a dedicated workspace and wireless printer — perfect for remote work, longer stays, or visiting family.

Located in the highly desirable Village of Oak Creek, Harmony Hills places you just a short walk from Oak Creek Golf Course and minutes from some of Sedona's most popular hiking and biking trails. Enjoy easy access to local restaurants, cafés, and shops while being surrounded by the natural beauty and red rock views that make Sedona a world-renowned destination — whether you're visiting for a few nights or making it home for a season.

House Rules

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (early check-in/late check-out cannot be accommodated — please plan travel accordingly)

Guest booking the home must be at least 25 years of age

Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap

Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago

All reservations must submit driver's license and selfie verification through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking

Utility caps apply for stays of 21+ nights; overages billed via Airbnb money request within 14 days of departure

Last-minute reservations or bookings by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check and additional screening fee

Guests are liable for pet damage on pet-approved homes (select homes only)

No large gatherings | No mailbox access

No smoking inside, outside, or on the premises — $1,000 fee applies for any visual evidence, smell, or detection of smoke, including marijuana and vape pens

All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters/batteries and service locks — thank you for your cooperation
