-A starter supply of toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent is provided.

-Stays of 21+ nights (May 1–October 31) require a $500 utility deposit. A utility allowance of $200 per 30 days ($6.67/day) is included; guests are responsible for any overages.

-For extended stays, periodic maintenance visits may be scheduled.

-ID verification, a signed rental agreement, and guest screening are required before arrival.

-Exterior security includes a Ring doorbell, driveway camera, and interior noise and smoke monitoring devices.
