Welcome to Chimney Rock Escape!

We recently updated a few things and there's more to come! Instead of 3 bedrooms and a bonus room, there are now 4 bedrooms!

3 King beds and 1 Queen bed.

This home is the absolute perfect getaway for everyone! It can't get much better than this. With tons of amenities and magical red rock views, your picture-perfect memories are just a click away!

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood facing Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain, this spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is more than a perfect location for the whole family! There are 2 master suites with access to the backyard with a pool. The backyard is perfect for entertainment. There is a BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and retractable awnings This is what vacations are all about!

The spacious master suite has a luxury KING bed and a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services. With a cozy seating area and lots of natural light from all of the windows, this suite makes for the perfect couple's getaway.

As if the 4 spacious rooms weren't enough, there is a bonus room too! Perfect for relaxing, watching TV, and all your business needs. There's plenty of room for everyone!

Saving the best for last, the gourmet kitchen is the place where everyone will enjoy. Overly stocked with all the kitchen supplies you will need, the high-end appliances will make you realize this is your dream kitchen.

Chimney Rock Escape is located in West Sedona which is the best side of town. There are plenty of hiking trails and restaurants nearby, including a grocery store for your last-minute necessities. Lastly, there is a trailhead nearby that feeds into several other trails that only the locals know about! No need for parking!

House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.
