The location is perfect! Centrally located right in the middle of Uptown and The Village of Oak Creek, just a short drive in any direction and you will end up right where you want to be! Not to mention the surrounding scenery is the best red rock views in Sedona.

This spacious home is perfect for entertaining. Wait until you step into the kitchen to see the rustic cabinetry and copper countertops, you won't be able to wait to cook a country meal while looking out all of the windows at the majestic red rock. Memories will be made here, guaranteed! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities of everyday cooking, including a toaster oven!

The master bedroom is off the dining area. This is the best view in the house! The huge window faces the close up red rock, what a sight to see when you first wake up! There is a walk-in closet for all your storage needs, a TV for entertainment, and a newly remodeled en suite that will have you saying "WOW" when you first take a look.

The second and third guest rooms are simply perfect! Comfortable beds, storage, a TV, and of course that country flair you will see throughout the home.

The living room is quite a room for entertainment. Make sure to check out the wine bar. There is a wine fridge and everything you will need to serve drinks. Plenty of room for seating on the leather sectional. There is a large selection of movies and games to choose from for the whole family!

Last but not least, down the hall from the living room is the back yard! When you first step out to look, it will absolutely take your breath away. The giant umbrella-like tree is perfect for shade and absolutely beautiful overhanging the hot tub and the seating area. Imagine coming back after a long days' hike and relax in the hot tub under this magnificent tree. So tranquil! The yard is completely fenced in and very private in this quiet neighborhood.

This home is perfect for anyone coming to Sedona to experience the "Red Rock Way." Don't miss out on making memories that will last a lifetime.

House Rules:

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ Maximum of 1 dog is allowed

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage.

~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150 that is non-refundable.

~ Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. Absolutely no cats allowed.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
