The location couldn't be better positioned — tucked right between Uptown Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek, so no matter which direction the day pulls you, you're a short drive from it. And the backdrop right outside your door? Some of the finest red rock scenery Sedona has to offer.

This home was made for gathering. Step into the kitchen and you'll find rustic wood cabinetry paired with copper countertops — a space that begs you to cook a big country meal while the red rocks fill every window. It comes fully equipped for everyday cooking, toaster oven included, so nothing's missing.

Just off the dining area, the primary suite delivers the best view in the house. A wall of window frames the red rock up close, giving you a front-row seat the moment you wake up. A walk-in closet handles your storage, a TV keeps you entertained, and the newly remodeled en suite is the kind of "wow" you don't expect from a vacation rental.

The two additional guest rooms carry the same easy charm — comfortable beds, plenty of storage, TVs, and that country character woven throughout the home.

The living room is built for downtime together. Don't miss the wine bar, stocked with a wine fridge and everything you need to pour a round for the group. The leather sectional seats everyone comfortably, and a deep library of movies and games rounds out the space for family nights in.

And then there's the backyard. Step out and the view stops you in your tracks — a sprawling, umbrella-like tree casting shade over the hot tub and seating area below. After a day on the trails, there's nothing better than easing into that hot tub under the tree, wrapped in total quiet. The yard is fully fenced and private, tucked into a peaceful neighborhood.

House Rules:

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ Maximum of 1 dog is allowed

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage.

~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150 that is non-refundable.

~ Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. Absolutely no cats allowed.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
