Escape to this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of Power Ranch, one of Gilbert's most sought-after communities. Step inside to a bright, open living space anchored by two leather sofas and a 65" Smart TV, flowing seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with granite countertops, wood cabinetry, and seating for six between the breakfast bar and pub-height table.

The primary suite offers a private retreat with a king bed, 55" Smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and 43" Smart TVs, share a full guest bathroom, with a convenient half bath rounding out the main level. A full-size washer and dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi keep things comfortable whether you're here for a weekend or a longer stay.

Outside, enjoy your own private backyard with low-maintenance artificial turf, plus easy access to the community's heated pool, spa, and propane BBQ grills — perfect for cooling off or grilling out after a day exploring the East Valley. An attached 2-car garage adds everyday convenience.

Things to Know:

-Exterior security cameras monitor the front door, patio, and garage. There are no cameras inside the home.

-Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are unavailable.

-A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toiletries, paper products, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent.

-No pets, parties, or large gatherings.

-Please park in the garage or designated visitor parking. Overnight parking restrictions apply in visitor spaces.

-Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted anywhere on the property.

-The home is equipped with noise and smoke monitoring devices.

-Stays of 21 nights or longer require a $500 utility deposit. A utility allowance of $200 per 30 days ($6.67/day) is included; any overages will be charged to the card on file.

-For extended stays, routine maintenance (such as filter and battery replacement) is performed approximately every 30 days.

-To finalize your reservation, all guests must complete identity verification, a background screening, and sign the Casago rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
