Welcome to Bohemian Rhapsody Retreat! This newly furnished home is a sensory experience that transcends the ordinary. Down shift with the eclectic vibe where mid-century boho meets modern technology. This retreat is nestled in the foothills of Sedona's Castle Rock and framed by breathtaking panoramas of the area's most known meditation sites. After a day of hiking or swimming in the creek, guests can relax with a glass of wine in a wrap around deck with endless views of the rugged landscape. It is conveniently located just outside of the Village of Oak Creek center and just a short distance from numerous hiking trails and gorgeous golf courses.

Bohemian Rhapsody Retreat features 2 Bedrooms with luxury Queen mattresses and Streaming TV's. The master en suite has a jetted tub, perfect for relaxing and reading a book after a long day. The inviting open concept floor plan has a wow factor that you will never forget. With vaulted ceilings, mid-century furnishings and even a record player, how can you say no to this home?! This isn't even the best part! Downstairs in the basement is quite the entertainment spot you have been looking for. There is a pool table and poker table in one room and an oversized TV and seating in the other. Don't forget the ping pong table. Hours of entertainment at your leisure!

House Rules

~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~No Smoking

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature

~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.

~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection

~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
