The primary and guest bedrooms are warm and inviting, and all bathrooms feature beautifully tiled walk-in showers for a spa-like experience.

Inside, the home is filled with thoughtful touches and upscale finishes, including rich knotty alder doors and trim, woodgrain plank tile flooring, and an open living room with a reclining sofa and large Smart TV—perfect for cozy nights in. The well-appointed kitchen is ideal for cooking and entertaining, with plenty of space to gather and connect.

Step outside to the covered veranda, accessible from three sliding doors, where comfortable seating invites you to relax with a glass of wine and take in the stunning views. House Rules

~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM

~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM

~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind

~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.

~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.

~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.

~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie through Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.

~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.

~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.

~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet-approved. Select homes are pet-approved.

~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. No cats allowed.

~ 1 dog is allowed with a pet fee.

~No large gatherings

~No mailbox access will be granted

~No smoking inside. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
