The fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, makes it easy to enjoy slow breakfasts, family dinners, or a casual night in. The living area opens to serene wooded views through expansive glass doors, offering a cozy place to unwind, plan tomorrow’s plans, or curl up by the fireplace with a movie. Comfortable and thoughtfully designed, the home sleeps up to eight guests, making it perfect for families, golf groups, girlfriend getaways, or small retreat-style stays. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and private en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom also offers a queen bed with a nearby full bath. A favorite space for many is the sun-filled loft, where vaulted ceilings and oversized windows create a cheerful hideaway with two twin beds and trundles - ideal for kids or extra guests. Out back, the screened porch becomes an extension of your living space. Sip coffee in the morning, enjoy card games after the beach, or dine al fresco while surrounded by the sounds of nature. Additional conveniences include an outdoor shower, gas grill, washer and dryer, and reliable Wi-Fi for effortless stays. Guests may enjoy access to the Seabrook Island Club, home to two championship golf courses, oceanfront pools, beach dining, tennis and pickleball, a fitness center, and the island’s renowned equestrian facilities. Amenity access can be arranged directly through the Club for a personalized resort experience. While Seabrook feels wonderfully removed, you’re also a short drive from the culture and charm of Charleston. THINGS TO KNOW - Screened porch, gas grill, outdoor shower - Family-friendly and ideal for small groups - Club amenity access available for purchase through Seabrook Island Club - Gate access: One vehicle pass included; a maximum of two vehicles may be parked overnight (11pm–7am) Important Things to Know: This property has Seabrook Island Club Access for an additional fee. For $55/day or $315/week, you may purchase access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as golf, racquet sports, and club dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register. Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October. Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.

Gate passes are $40 per vehicle. MAXIMUM of two passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11pm-7am, which require a gate pass. The first gate pass is included in your stay.
