The cozy living room centers around a wood-burning stove and opens directly onto the lakeside deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Outside, guests will find ample seating, outdoor dining furniture, and a BBQ grill for relaxed evenings by the lake. The kitchen is compact but functional, equipped with the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and drip coffee maker (no dishwasher). The dining table seats six and overlooks the lake, making even simple meals feel special. Dogs are welcome too, so the whole family can enjoy time at the lake together. The public beaches for the lake are not within walking distance. HOUSE RULES: - The primary guest booking the reservation must be 21 years or older. Families and guests of all ages are welcome. - Dogs allowed with fee (two dog maximum) - No smoking permitted in this home - Please supervise children carefully near the dock and lakefront PARKING: 2 spaces - Two vehicles may park in the driveway. - Not suitable for trailers. Our housekeeping team prepares the home before every stay, and each home is inspected afterward. Our team is here to make your stay smooth and enjoyable from arrival through departure. STARTER SET: Complementary with your stay we provide a starter set which includes: Dish soap, a sponge, 2 extra trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE: Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits.
