Nice location and house just needs a little love and updates

Tracy P2025-08-22

If I could give this Airbnb a negative I would do it in a heartbeat. First thing when I pulled the bed out of the sofa, there were stains and dirt and debris all over the bed completely disgustingly dirty. Then my 80-year-old mother went and sat on the edge of the bed. It was broken, and she fell through and hurt her back in her neck and had a massive headache for about six hours after that with severe neck and back pain. Also, the beds are probably 15 years old. The mattresses if I’m being generous might be about 4 inches lumpy as hell pillows or horrible. She feel like their sandpaper. I took tried to take a bath the second day we were there and I got about 3 inches of hot water before it turned ice cold. So I called up they came over apparently someone had messed with the fuses and didn’t tell us so the next day we had no hot water at all until I called up and complain and then the lady asked about it and said oh I must’ve forgotten to flip the switches back. Could you go ahead and do that yourself. After that happen it took about four hours for the hot water to heat up and you still got maybe five minutes of hot water. I actually had to boil water on the stove and pour it into the bathtub just to get hot water in the bathtub. Then they lied and said that the bed was never broke, but I’ve got proof on my phone. I took pictures plenty of pictures so that’s what I do. I document everything. So yeah literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my entire life.
