Tamarack Mountain is beautiful and well worth the trip. Unfortunately, this particular home is not. Upon arrival, we found holes in the walls, a washer and dryer that barley functioned, and a refrigerator that looked like it had been through a blender. There were beer cans scattered around the property, which was disappointing and unprofessional. The main reason we chose this home over staying at the main lodge was the private hot tub. Sadly it was unusable for the majority of the stay. When it was operational, it was so heavily treated with chemicals that it burned your eyes just standing near it. After bringing these issues to management, it took 5 days to get a response, and the resolution offerd was a $20 refund, which felt dismissive given the number and severity of problems. Definitely go to Tamarack but just stay somewhere else.
We absolutely loved the townhouse. It had everything we needed for our family. Comfortable beds, kitchen was fully stocked, the fireplace was so cozy. Very convenient location. The views from the balcony was so beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub. Great place to stay.
We had a lovely time at the cabin! Very comfortable and clean, and perfectly located!
We had an incredible stay! The location at Tamarack is hard to beat - close to the village, ski lifts, hiking trails, golf course, etc., but the place also has a quiet and secluded feel. The townhouse was clean, well-stocked, and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals in, and the beds were super comfortable. Fast Wi-Fi was a nice bonus for working remotely or streaming movies at night. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, adventurous getaway in the heart of Idaho’s mountains. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Everything about our stay was excellent, the hosts have thought of everything when it comes to accomodations to make you feel at home. 10/10 would recommend.
